Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in direct marketing (online and offline) including category experience in financial services and retail. A keen understanding of the loyalty space is a plus. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to deeply infuse themselves into each client's business, understand goals and expectations, discover and define their client's business needs and objectives, and demonstrate expertise in leading a team of professionals in the planning development and delivery of innovative, successful marketing strategies. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to lead the strategy and planning of projects, possess a proven record of organically growing client revenue and profitability, and work closely with our business development team to help identify and develop new client proposals.
